The extent of the warranty given for each product is described alongside each product category below. The following description and conditions of the warranty listed as below are only applicable to products sold at GUI Studio.

Each warranty lasts for the number of years stated against each product below, starting from the date of purchase.

The warranties are valid from the original date of first purchase of the product. In order to rely on this warranty, proof of purchase by presenting the original, copy or photo of sales memo or the sales order invoice issued by GUI Studio is required to evidence the first purchase and all subsequent replacements.

To be able to rely on this warranty you need to follow the specific care instructions for every product.

You can contact GUI Studio through our customer support and sales team and show your proof of purchase by presenting the original, copy or photo of sales order or the sales order invoice issued by GUI Studio is required to evidence the first purchase and all subsequent replacements.

GUI Studio will examine the structural and workmanship defects of the products as alleged by the customer. After examination of the product and consultation with the manufacturer (as needed), GUI Studio shall determine in its sole discretion whether the product is covered under this warranty. All decisions by GUI Studio shall be final.

Subject to confirmation that this warranty shall apply, GUI Studio shall in its sole discretion either repair or replace a defective product as follows:

• GUI Studio shall either repair the product or replace it with a new one of the same or similar model. If the model of the product the customer first purchased is out of stock, he may choose a new product of equal value or a different model of the same category. If the customer chooses a more expensive product, the customer shall pay the difference. If the customer chooses a cheaper product, the balance will be forfeited.
• The warranty period of the replacement product shall be the balance of years from the date of the first purchase.
• The product under warranty must be returned to GUI Studio at the time of replace.

This warranty does not apply to products that have been stored or installed incorrectly, used inappropriately, abused, misused, altered, or cleaned with wrong cleaning methods or wrong cleaning products.

• Products that has not been maintained in accordance with the care Instructions stated overleaf and/or maintenance leaflet that accompanies the product.
• This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cuts or scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents.
• This warranty does not cover damages caused by external factors such as exposure to the sun, dampness, dust or mites etc.
• This warranty does not apply to bargain items, or any products without the original, copy or photo of sales invoice; Other faults or damages attributable to the purchaser.

GUI Studio provides 2-year Warranty to 16 KAI (“this Warranty”).

This guarantee applies to domestic use only and covers structural manufacturing defects in material of the products.

The warranty is valid for 2 years from the original date of the first purchase of
the product. In order to rely on this guarantee, proof of purchase by presenting the original, copy or photo of sales memo or the sales order invoice
issued by GUI Studio is required to evidence the first purchase and all
subsequent replacements.

GUI Studio provides 2-year Warranty to MTO Hou Ying (“this Warranty”).

This guarantee applies to domestic use only and covers structural manufacturing defects in material of the products.

The warranty is valid for 2 years from the original date of the first purchase of the product. In order to rely on this guarantee, proof of purchase by presenting the original, copy or photo of sales memo or the sales order invoice
issued by GUI Studio is required to evidence the first purchase and all subsequent replacements.

GUI Studio provides 2-year Warranty to MTO Heron Forge (“this Warranty”).

This guarantee applies to domestic use only and covers structural manufacturing defects in material of the products

The warranty is valid for 2 years from the original date of the first purchase of the product. In order to rely on this guarantee, proof of purchase by presenting the original, copy or photo of sales memo or the sales order invoice
